⚖️ Clarksville Man Taken Into Custody on Burglary Charge, Out-of-State Warrant

A Clarksville man was taken into custody Monday night on Stateline Road in connection with a burglary investigation.
Oak Grove Police report that 37-year-old Marshall Linenko was arrested following an investigation into a residential break-in that occurred between December 29 and January 8 on Tuckaway Lane in Oak Grove.
Investigators say the home was unlawfully entered and that multiple firearms and collectible coins were reported missing.
Linenko had previously been taken into custody in Clarksville in connection with an unrelated storage unit theft. During that investigation, detectives executed a search warrant at his residence, where property believed to be stolen from the Oak Grove burglary was allegedly located.
He is now charged with first-degree burglary and was also arrested on an out-of-state warrant for being a fugitive.
All charges are allegations, and the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
