Before his attempted murder charge, Eatherly was out on bond for theft in Nashville. One condition of that bond was that he not be charged with another crime.
“Based on what I’ve seen on social media and Mr. Eatherly’s behavior,” Blackburn said, explaining her decision to revoke.
Translation… Chud the Builder is staying in jail.
