Eatherly was first arrested in May on theft and disorderly conduct charges in Davidson County, then hit with an attempted murder charge days later after allegedly shooting a disabled veteran outside a Montgomery County courthouse. That case now heads to a grand jury.
A judge set his bond at $1 million with a curfew and strict conditions, but weeks later his bond in the Davidson County case was revoked. It is still unclear if he will need to turn himself in there.
